Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

Domestic (USA):
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations are shipped via Priority Shipping.

International:

  • Europe
  • United Kingdom

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

 During peak periods, new product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend up to 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

USA Domestic Shipping: Priority Shipping orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date and is available only for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. There may be delays of up to 10 days.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express Saver. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier delays.

Note: We ship only to the billing country associated with your payment method.

Shipping Rates

·       Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

·       Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tursian is not liable for any customs fees or delays caused by customs clearance. The taxes will show in the checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking link for updates or contact us at support@tursian.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and assist you in finding a suitable resolution.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order upon request (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the product cost (excluding original shipping fees and any applicable taxes). Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
