At Tursian, we believe skincare and the digital experience around it should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to providing an inclusive online experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility Standards

We aim to align the Tursian website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our website is currently partially conformant with this standard, assessed through self-evaluation using both manual review and automated testing. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve the experience as our website evolves.

Compatibility

The Tursian website is designed to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. Accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, and WAI-ARIA where appropriate. Older browsers or unsupported devices may not provide the intended experience.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible — including certain third-party applications, payment services, embedded content, interactive components, or occasional images without complete alternative descriptions. Because some of these services operate outside our direct control, we may not be able to resolve every issue within them, but we review them regularly and work with providers where possible.
