How do I place a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your Tursian order. To begin, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

To expedite your return or exchange, include your email address and order number in your message, and we’ll handle the rest.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement after processing.

I received a product, but it’s not the right one. If we sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Get in touch with our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
