How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear that you need to return or exchange your Tursian product. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com and they will assist you through the process.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Tursian order. To begin, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com and we’ll guide you through the steps.

To expedite your return or exchange, include your email address and order number in your message, and we’ll handle the rest.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement after processing.

I received a product, but it’s not the right one. If we sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Get in touch with our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

European Union Customers – Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please submit your request through our Right to Withdraw page or contact our Customer Support Team at support@tursian.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

When submitting your request, please include your full name, email address, order number, and the product(s) you wish to withdraw from.

Once your withdrawal request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Our Customer Support Team will then review your order and follow up by email with the next steps.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will review your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we will provide return instructions for eligible items.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, skincare products must be returned unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Products that have been opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the eligible withdrawal period may not be accepted for refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise agreed by us. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
